They also accused us of complaining on purpose. They provide a two-burner stove, but only the small burner works. If you want to make a second course as a side dish, you can only prepare a salad; for a first course, forget about fresh sauce. They also threatened that they'd inspect the house before refunding my deposit. They should compensate us for the way they're damaging the property.

The kitchen sink stayed clogged and unusable all week. The plumber came three times, but it blocked again after five minutes, so with three children we had to keep washing dishes in the bathroom sink. The apartment itself was clean and spacious, and the condominium peaceful and quiet. The pool was large and comfortable. The caretaker yelled at my daughter to shower before swimming, even though she had already done so and I and others had seen her. He kept shouting and suggesting she hadn't. Be careful about what the agency staff tell you by phone. They repeatedly said beach service was included, and it was also stated in the offer email and contract notes. Two days before we left, they rudely told me my apartment was the only one in the complex without it, pointing to small print in the contract. They said they had more than 600 apartments to manage and couldn't check every reservation. In the end, my sister, who was already there, helped me get a discounted beach spot. I still had to pay, since they wouldn't accommodate us despite their mistake.
