Rosato 2 Sea View Apartment

The apartment has a sea view from the window, and it's just 5 minutes to the sea. Nearby there are a supermarket, plenty of cafés and shops, plus a square with a concert every evening. The price is good and the location is excellent. There's a kitchen with the necessary utensils, a fridge, and a hairdryer. No air conditioning, but the ceiling fan cools the place well. I'd recommend it.

The price is good, and there's a sea view, despite the sea being 2 km away. From the eighth floor you also get a breathtaking look over shabby terraces and the parking lot. The apartment is nice and clean, but the bathroom has no window and feels like something from my great-great-grandfather's time. The bidet and shower are uncomfortable. There's no air conditioning, just a hot-air heater and a noisy, useless fan. The building is clean and well kept, with a very long hallway that gets a terrible draft when it's windy. Doors slam loudly day and night, and there's plenty of other noise.

Everything was clean and the hospitality was perfect. The beach, pedestrian area, and supermarket are all less than a five-minute walk away. Beautiful.

A nightmare. The studio was so cramped there was barely room to turn around. My husband, our six-year-old daughter, and I had two single beds facing each other and a sofa bed, with only one and a half pillows. The bathroom smelled of sewer and had plenty of humidity. There was no heating, oven, or microwave, and the largest of the four gas burners didn't work. Noise from people in the hallway sounded as if they were in the room. The window shutters kept stopping every two seconds as we tried to pull them up with the cord, and there were constant drafts from the windows.
