Apartment No. 1 is good value. It's in the basement, with air conditioning and a full garden area for eating outside. The pine forest is right in front, so there are some mosquitoes in the evenings, though the bedroom and bathroom have screens. It's a quiet spot, far from both the beach and city center, so you'll need a bike to get around. The bedroom is roomy, though closet space is limited, with plenty of hangers. The kitchen is fairly new and has new cutlery, a microwave, and a small but adequate refrigerator. There's no bidet in the bathroom.

For the price, which was excellent even with the beach included, the property is quite livable and worth it. I do recommend it. The bathroom was the big drawback for me: from my balcony in room 7, while hanging clothes, I could see someone using the bathroom in the neighboring room 8. I especially disliked that. A few extras would help, like kitchen potholders and pot lids. The shower was difficult to use. The photos didn't seem to show a bidet, but there was one. After bringing sand into the house, a broom would have been useful. They left a mop, but it wasn't much help with sand.

The apartment was very basic, and I found it dirty when we arrived. I contacted the agency, and they sent cleaners right away. People didn't respect quiet hours in the evenings. Free parking and an umbrella and lounge chair on the beach were positives. Those were the main things I needed, so I'm satisfied.

We had the small apartment, which was basic but roomy enough for two. The beach wasn't far, and parking was included. The agency staff were friendly, competent, and helpful.

Apartment 5 is really nice, but come on, could you spend two euros on some shelves and racks? And why not put in a TV that works? There were only two measly channels. This place isn't free.
