The inner garden made a great spot for coffee in the morning and relaxing together in the evening. I stayed at Villa Amedea with my group, and the spacious house gave everyone room to unwind. It's conveniently close to the beach and shops, and worked really well for us. I'd recommend it to groups looking for a cozy, well-equipped place.

The pool situation was another letdown: pools aren't included, and they aren't even part of the villa, which the listings on booking.com and elsewhere don't clearly explain. The place itself is lovely for two couples, but the other beds are bunk beds in a tiny room, something missing from the advertisement. That lack of honesty bothered me.

VILLA AMEDEA has a living room with a kitchen and an open space for breakfast or meals outside, plus parking. The modern comforts and option to ask for special requests were appreciated. Set in a lovely green area, it's a relaxing place for families or couples wanting a quiet break from everyday life. It's not far from the sandy beach and shopping center.

I really enjoyed my holiday here. The house is right in the center of Lignano Pineta, and the beach is only a three-minute walk away. Such a lovely place, I'd recommend it to everyone!

A beautiful, modern Villa in the 5* area, right in the center of Lignano Pineta with all the shopping options nearby. There's private parking in front of the house and barbecue facilities. The beach, with lots of summer activities, is just a minute away.
