We spent a week in the street-facing ground-floor apartment. Check-in was at 5:00 PM for cleaning and sanitizing, but the rooms smelled unbearably stuffy and unventilated as soon as we walked in. Some curtains were torn or missing, several bulbs had burned out, and the clock didn't work. After asking several times, we eventually got bulbs and batteries. The apartment needs renovating. Its good points are being close to the beach and the city center.
