Villa Federica

We've stayed here seven years running, and we always look forward to coming back. We first heard about Agenzia Eureka and Casa Federica through a recommendation, and we're so grateful for it. The Agenzia Eureka team is quick to respond and always helpful. The apartments have everything we need and sit right along the Lignano coast. Restaurants, a pizzeria, an ice cream shop, and a supermarket are all nearby. La Sacca beach is beautiful and very clean, and we can pick the sun loungers and umbrellas we like.

We feel very comfortable here and have already returned three times. On our second visit in 2022, we were again impressed by the location and the surroundings. The five-person room even has two air conditioners. Earlier, we found the six-apartment house very clean and well equipped. One apartment works perfectly for four and has a shower, toilet, kitchen, air conditioning, washing machine, microwave, and fridge. The beach is under 100 meters away, and shops are practically next door. Each apartment has a covered parking spot just behind the house. Prices depend on the season and amenities. The office staff are friendly, helpful, and speak several languages. It's a great setup for a beach holiday in Italy.

I've stayed there twice and had a great time on both visits. The apartment is new and has all the amenities except a dishwasher. There's a reserved covered parking space and a small private garden. The nearest beach is about 150 meters away, and Lignano Pineta's center is a 10-15 minute walk.
