Villa Rossini

I’m back for my fourth stay, and I still absolutely love this hotel. It’s clean, ideally located, and the staff are extremely friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet is delicious, with a really wide selection. I definitely recommend it.

The central location and delicious breakfast were great, but what I’ll remember most is the hospitality at Rossini hotel. Everyone on staff was so friendly and helpful, always trying to make the stay comfortable. There’s a shuttle service to take you wherever you want, whenever you want. Wherever you went, a staff member greeted you with a smile and a “Bonjorno.” Dear Staff of Rossini hotel, I’m going to miss you all until we meet again ♥️♥️♥️. Thank you for an unforgettable vacation and for such wonderful hospitality. I highly recommend this hotel, they’ll make your holiday unforgettable. ♥️

The one thing I most want to mention is how little warmth we got from the staff and owners. From check-in until we left, they made us feel as if we’d broken their Ming vase. I don’t know if that’s because of the particular guests this place caters to or an atmosphere set by management, but we felt like we were walking on eggshells the whole time. The room was dark as a dungeon and smelled of urine. The bed was uncomfortable, and however we adjusted the air conditioning, it blew straight at your head in bed. A lot of things in the room needed repair or had been fixed badly. The spacious shower was one good feature, but it wasn’t enough to make up for a four star rating. I can’t recommend this hotel.

The modern rooms are spacious, and the restaurant is really nice. There’s a modest sauna area with a jacuzzi. Breakfast gets crowded because the pool takes up the ground floor. It’s overpriced, but still nice.
