A lovely hostess and a very clean villa, equipped with everything. The seashell villa sits in a beautiful spot between the pine forest and the beach.

Ms. Mellie was kind and attentive, and the villa was very clean, with stylish furnishings among the pines. There's a big fenced garden, great if you're bringing a dog, and parking in the garden too. The bathroom is a little small, but has what you need, including a washing machine. Everything was perfect, highly recommend it.

We stayed one night with two adults, children aged 15 and 13, and our dog, with no extra charge. There was plenty to like: clean, attractive furnishings, spacious rooms, good storage, a well-equipped kitchen, and a large fridge and freezer. Bed linen and towels were included, and there's a washing machine. The sea isn't far, and the property has parking behind an electric gate, a small garden, and lots of outdoor seating. The toilet sits right beside the wall, and maybe it could have been swapped with the bidet. There isn't a separate dining table, just a bar area, which isn't great when rain keeps you from sitting outside. Since we were only there for a night, it didn't bother us much. A very nice place to stay :)

We had a great time in Lignano Riviera. Close to the beach, and a good fit if you have a dog.
