We had a lovely stay and would happily come back. The room was quiet, had a balcony, a mini fridge and a TV, and the beach was only a few minutes away on foot. Our car could stay shaded in the hotel’s own parking. Everything was clean, and the staff were so kind and helpful. We could even smell jasmine from nearby.
We’re here with children and now have to find somewhere else at the last minute. The hotel had confirmed our reservation by email and requested card details, which I found unusual. The night before our stay, I emailed to ask whether we could arrive earlier. They replied that they were busy, hadn’t completed our booking, and were fully booked. They don’t communicate by phone, and they ask you to email, but then don’t answer. Very careless handling. I can’t recommend them.
