The dishwasher was a welcome first for us in an apartment, and the bathroom looks newly renovated. Still, mold spots were already visible in every room when we arrived. The refrigerator’s position in the kitchen is odd, as the photo shows. For a rental mainly serving German-speaking guests, the lack of satellite TV is hard to understand. The place gives the impression of being set up for sale.
