I felt right at home here. The apartment was cozy, clean, and wonderful, and the balcony view is priceless. The owner is always smiling and ready to help. I’d definitely recommend it!

Limone’s beach, restaurants, and tourist spots are just down the road, while Casa Carlotta itself is a quiet, peaceful place. The garden has loungers, tables, and a barbecue, and the spacious apartments look out over Lake Garda and the Alps. It’s beautifully situated. I highly recommend it.

We found Casa Carlotta to be a peaceful oasis, with breathtaking views of Limone and Lake Garda from its lovely hillside garden. There are several tucked-away spots for sunbathing and relaxing. Olive trees and lush greenery surround the property, about 1.4 km above Limone sul Garda. The very friendly, welcoming hostess has furnished the house’s three apartments with real care and style.

There are hiking trails into the mountain forest right by the apartment, and dogs are welcome. The walks sound especially nice in spring and autumn, but you’ll want to be in good physical shape to stay here. Driving skills and a steady hand help too, because the parking area has a very narrow entrance. For swimming, take the elevator a few floors down to the Mamba restaurant. Guests can park there and use the sun loungers by the pool. The Sicilian chef serves delicious, generous portions, and Lake Garda is only a short walk away. The pizzeria is an eight-minute walk from the harbor, and the owners have an arrangement there. They can call ahead so a table is ready, and there’s convenient parking for an evening in the small, lively harbor area. A quiet road behind the house leads into town, about 2.5 kilometers away. The house sits on a hillside towards Pieve, surrounded by a large garden with viewing platforms and loungers. There’s also an outdoor shower to cool off in summer. All three apartments have lovely Lake Garda views. They vary in size, and two have large balconies; the smallest has a small one. Inside, they’re tastefully furnished with attention to detail. The owners speak some German. The smallest apartment has a bedroom and a windowless bathroom, and stays cool in summer, making for a comfortable night’s sleep. The other apartments can get too hot unless you keep the blinds closed. There’s no air conditioning. A bread delivery service makes mornings easier. Limone gets shade early in the morning, which is refreshing in summer. I wish you all a wonderful stay.
