Etna Nord House

The garden is lovely and the location is convenient, but our stay was extremely unpleasant. We thought we had booked the whole house for three couples and four children. Only after arriving did we discover that another family was staying downstairs, leaving us with two bedrooms and a kitchen for six adults and four children. One couple and their child had to sleep in that kitchen, which had no bedside tables, lamps, or place for their clothes. It was only about 3 by 4 meters, and the table and chairs took up most of the room. The wood stove made it unbearably hot and gave us headaches. Paying €100 a night to sleep there felt unfair. There was just one bathroom and one 50-liter water heater for all ten of us. After the first shower, we had to wait two or three hours for the water to heat again. The kitchen table seats four, there was limited cutlery, and the rooms were small. The open stairs weren't suitable for children, there was little privacy, and cameras seemed to be everywhere. We also found dust, cobwebs, bugs, and old fixtures. Breakfast was supposedly included, but the cornflakes and cookies were already open, and the coffee maker was old with no pod machine. There was no crib for an infant, and no space for one in the rooms. The photos made the place look much larger than it was, and the price seemed very high for what we got. We definitely won't return.
