The staff were friendly, and the location was beautiful. If you're interested in trying local, homemade dishes, this could be a place for you. I gave it 3 stars for a few reasons. All 14 appetizers arrived at once, so their flavors got muddled. I'd have preferred to start with lighter cold tastes, move on to more complex ones, and finish with the hot dishes. The rabbit leaned more sweet than sweet and sour.

The price was more than fair, and there was more food than we could eat. The lovely family makes the best antipasto dishes, homemade noodles, and amazing meat secondi, especially their favorite rabbit. A wonderful taste of Sicilian and Lipari cooking. More than recommended! 😍👌🏻

I loved the chickpeas, casarecce alla norma, and poached egg. The set-price meal seemed fair, and the staff were very friendly. The place sits beautifully in the hills of lipari, though you only get a great view if you're seated on the upper deck. It's famous for 14 different appetizers and sweet-savory rabbit. Everything was well prepared, but for my personal taste it wasn't mind-blowing.

Everything they served was fresh and delicious, and everything on the menu is grown there. We had a full meal with antipasto, primo, secondo, and wine, and paid 40€ for two people. Breakfast was amazing too, at 5€ each. Everything we ate at zu Peppino was amazing.
