The staff gave terrific service, and the setting is beautiful. From the pool and the outdoor breakfast area, you get terrific views across the island.

The gardens are beautiful, and the hotel is in a quiet area about a 15 minute walk from the center. The staff are absolutely adorable, so kind and accommodating, and breakfast is awesome, with plenty of sweet and savory choices. For lunch or dinner, though, the hotel restaurant is really overpriced and nothing special for that price.

The hotel layout is designed to feel like a typical island street, with narrow paths, local colours, and design. Staff are friendly and helpful, and the rooms are clean and spacious, with little verandahs that are ideal for a quiet sit. Wifi can be unreliable sometimes, but it's adequate.

The restaurant is a bit pricey, but the tuna salad was spectacular. Some of the breakfast tables have a nice view of the harbor. The service was very caring. They did their best to help us book an excursion, and when their own channels had no availability, they pointed us to a local vendor. We ended up having a great tour to Panamera and Stromboli and couldn't have been happier.

The pool was nice, the view was great, and the cakes at breakfast were excellent. Service was good overall, and the free private transport to and from the pier on arrival and departure was useful. Some things weren't so good. Every extra service costs more. You can book a Jacuzzi for 30mins for 5€, but a towel is another 5€, which feels kind of lame when you need one for the service. The included breakfast toasts and sandwiches were good, not amazing. There was no intimate cleanser in the toilet, and although the AC works, you can't set a specific temperature.
