For what it cost, this was easily one of my best bookings. I stayed six days and five nights. There are plenty of parking spaces even though they aren't marked: on the busiest day I counted five cars and ten scooters. The host and staff were great with us. I'd seen reviews saying Linda wasn't so great, but that wasn't our experience. There are just two cats, probably strays, and they're friendly; they leave you alone if you don't pay attention to them. The apartments are small but nice, with kitchens, AC, and terraces. The views are stunning, and it's quiet enough to enjoy the stars at night. There are lots of swimming pools, and I thought the price was cheap for what you get. A few things to know: there were lots of harmless lizards, though I didn't see any inside. The AC produced cool air but wasn't working at its best, perhaps needing more coolant or something. It wasn't broken, though. Without a scooter or car, getting around from here can be a bit difficult, although Lipari's other beaches and spots are far from most places anyway. Worth every euro in my opinion. I'd happily book again if I return to Lipari.

The owner even offered to drive us into town. Lipari centre is a 30-40 minute walk downhill, so having transport helps, though you can manage without it. This was my first visit, and the property was beautiful with amazing views. I lost count of the pools.

Linda was so devoted to her guests and a wonderful host. We loved staying at Case Margherita. The apartment was comfortable, the surroundings were peaceful, and the view was fantastic. The swimming pool was incredible too. Thanks again, Linda, we may be back soon :)

The rooms aren't especially modern, but the setting is lovely and the views are great. The pool is a sweet place to relax. Also, don't miss the view from San Salvatore Observatory, only a three-minute drive from the holiday homes.

The grounds have several pools for a swim, and I'd definitely suggest renting a scooter there to see the island. It's a great fit for a couple or a small family, with a lovely view and a great host. Thanks, Linda, we had a great time.
