We paid 100e a night for a fabulous room with a balcony facing the busy main street, where we had an aperitif each day. There's a fridge and bottle opener, and Maurizio kindly lent us an umbrella, a thoughtful touch in the Sicilian sun. Breakfast isn't provided, but there are so many good bars nearby that it's actually a plus. The rooms are spacious and very clean, and most have a lovely view of either the center or an archaeological site. Maurizio, the owner, was the real highlight, friendly and ready to help with any part of our stay in Lipari. We rented a scooter from him at a very good price, and his advice on places to go, eat, and see was great. He also has discounts at a few places. If you go to Lipari, this is where I'd stay.

The rooms facing the other side are quiet and fine. Street-facing ones get a lot of noise from the lively bar next door, and the windows don't block the music well. If you like partying, those rooms are an excellent choice.

The owners were always so kind and thorough whenever we needed information or help. Our large double room had air conditioning, a big bathroom, and a spacious balcony overlooking the stunning theater ruins. On that side of the building, it's so quiet at night. The place was impeccably clean, and staying here definitely made for a relaxed, stress-free vacation. It's also on the main road and ideally placed for reaching both of Lipari's ports. Maurizio was warm and welcoming, and gave us plenty of tips on getting around and where to eat. The property is right in the center, though the room felt peaceful thanks to the view over the archaeological excavations and hills. It was spacious, bright, elegant, and clean. There was a kettle with cups, herbal tea, and sugar, plus a little fridge stocked with two bottles of water. The small balcony had a table, chairs, drying rack, and sink.

The owners were kind and helpful with every request, and we were welcomed with delicious fresh fruit in the room. Our room was beautiful and very clean, with a stunning harbor view, and all the attractions were close by. Highly recommend it.
