Residence Alberghiero Eolie

This is my third year staying here. The hotel is right on Lipari’s main street, and the location is wonderful. The rooms are spotless, and the staff are so kind and helpful. Great hotel!

We stayed in the five-person room/apartment, which was very spacious and clean. Breakfast was nice and had quite a bit of variety, and the two cats were a friendly bonus. The location is really central: five minutes from a well-sized supermarket, eight minutes from the main port, and about five minutes from the old port where tourist boats usually leave for local tours. It was a business trip, so I can’t comment on the price because I don’t know what it was.

We were sad to leave after such a good stay. The room was lovely and very clean, with the most comfortable bed I’ve ever slept in, and I absolutely loved the pillows. The bathroom and shower were spotless. Food from room service arrived in 20 minutes, beautifully presented and full of flavor, and breakfast was outstanding too. Patricia was so helpful with suggestions for nice places, and we had a great night out. She was also sweet and friendly when she checked us out. The prices were excellent for our weekend stay, and we were so happy to have found RESIDENCE ALBERGHIERO EOLIE. Patricia, the friendly and professional manager, made us feel special from the moment we checked in and handed us our room keys in the lobby. The beautiful lobby has free WIFI for guests, which helped make it feel like home. They really seemed to have thought of everything. I had my best stay ever in Lipari and will definitely come back. I’ll recommend this little piece of heaven to everyone. THANK YOU RESIDENCE ALBERGHIERO EOLIE!

Breakfast was a real highlight, with plenty of sweet and savory choices. Antonio made delicious cappuccinos each morning and checked that we had what we needed; everyone greeted us warmly. We stayed five nights while hiking around Lipari and the Aeolian Islands. The room was roomy, clean, and well equipped, including a fridge, and some rooms have kitchens. We had a terrace over Via Vittorio Emanuele, so there was some street noise and daytime noise from remodeling across the road, though we slept fine. The ferries and buses are an easy walk away, and there are lots of good restaurants and pasticcerie within 100 meters. During our three weeks in Sicily and Italy, this was one of our favorite places. We hope to come back.
