Breakfast was a real highlight, especially the prosciutto, cheese and pancakes, all enjoyed with that view. The rooms felt warm and comfortable, with clean wood and stone finishes, a good mattress and a roomy shower. We also made great use of the outdoor jacuzzi and sauna, both with glass views. The family running the place were lovely and helpful, and they let us park in the garage, though there’s outdoor parking too. We had an amazing stay.

Such a lovely place. The house feels modern and stylish, and it was clean and quiet, with a beautiful view. The owners were friendly and ready to help. Breakfast was really good, and the sauna and whirlpool were included. There’s plenty of parking and the wifi worked well. The nearest ski lift is just a three-minute drive away.

The rooms were far more spacious than you’d usually get in an Italian hotel, and the place was very clean and family friendly. It’s a peaceful spot in Livignio. The view from the sauna or jacuzzi while you relax is hard to beat.

The family here were so kind and honest, and the hospitality was the best we’ve ever had. The property is lovely, the rooms were clean, and the sauna and hot tub were superb. We also really enjoyed breakfast. We’ll definitely be back!
