Apartments ForHotel

The location was great, but the rest of the stay was a letdown. The living room bed was worn out and uneven, and it creaked whenever we moved. We reported it and were told someone would come repair it, but nobody did. We ended up sleeping with a mattress on the floor and our three blankets underneath. We accidentally left those blankets behind and called as soon as we noticed while on the way home. They meant a lot to us, so we were worried. For three days the staff kept misleading us, then emailed to say the three good blankets had been thrown away because we'd left the room messy. That's absurd. The only mess was the garbage bags we'd put out. I've never known a hotel at this price to expect guests to vacuum and wipe everything down. It's shameful. Communication with the cleaners was impossible too. I kept asking whether I should move the bags somewhere or leave them, and all I got was “si, si.” It sounded reassuring, but the outcome was a huge disappointment. Customers shouldn't be treated this way.

Indira looked after us with such natural kindness and care for the little details. For work, I regularly stay in apartments in different places, and this was the best choice I've made. We needed a large apartment over two floors, with three bathrooms, parking, and a convenient spot near the center. This one had everything we wanted: it was new, clean, tidy, welcoming, and full of sunlight. We’ll definitely come back. Thank you!

The parking lot out front is handy, and the ski slope and cable car are only 50 meters away. The girls at the office were also extremely kind and helpful when we arrived. That's about all we liked. We were two families with children in Apartments No. 1 & 2. These are basement apartments, a long way from the town center, and this isn't a hotel. The soundproofing is nonexistent. We could hear people in the neighboring apartments even from the bathroom, both above and to the sides. The heating was weak and the radiators stayed cold. With nighttime temperatures in Livigno commonly around -15 to -20 degrees Celsius, ski gear couldn't dry by the next morning, especially with the heating off for most of the day. There was no washing machine, toaster, sharp knife, or vacuum cleaner. The old broom wasn't even useful for sweeping, and without a vacuum that's a problem for asthmatics, like one of my children. There's no entryway mat, which is badly needed when you walk straight in from the snow. We also found no floor cloth. A washed sheet had a visible black mark on it, and the maids had covered it with a blanket instead of replacing it. The edges of the shower tray were moldy, and the TVs were so small we'd have preferred none at all. Given all those faults, we won't be back. And when it costs this much, expecting guests to vacuum and wipe everything down is unreasonable.

The apartment felt warm and welcoming, and it was new, with a great spot near the ski lifts. We did miss a few basics: no sponges or dish soap, even though we only had four dishes to wash in the dishwasher, and no toiletries in the bathroom.
