Appartamenti Cristallo

We were given two free parking spots right beneath the house, which was a real bonus. The apartment itself is excellent for a bigger group, with space for up to 7 people, and its position in Livigno is very convenient, about 100 meters south of the entrance to the Livigno ZTL (Limited Traffic Zone). Five of us stayed one night in Ametista. There were three double bedrooms, two quite large and one smaller, plus two bathrooms, one with a double shower. The living room had a fully equipped kitchen and a dining table in a bay window looking out to the mountains. The furnishings felt thoughtfully done, the colors were bright, and the beds were very comfortable. The cold showers were a letdown. After a late October day at 2°C, we really needed hot water. I messaged the contact number on WhatsApp and got a quick apology, but nothing was fixed. I can understand that sorting it out on a Saturday at 8 pm could be difficult, though they didn’t try to make up for the problem, and it felt like our complaint was largely ignored. That cost it a star.

We had everything we needed in the apartment, including somewhere to park our bikes and car. The location was very convenient too, so everything was perfect.

The owners are easy to reach whenever needed. The apartment was comfortable and clean, just a short walk from Livigno’s center. There’s a parking spot beside it, or you can use the paid garage.

A beautiful apartment and a lovely place, with parking and everything close by. The ski bus stops near the house, and the center is only a short way off.. M.
