Appartamenti Nevegall

We've stayed here five times with my family and will definitely return. The two floor apartment is spacious and very nice, and the ski lift is just a five minute walk away. Everyone was very friendly.

We were staying for six nights, and had to pay to get our towels changed. One room was tiny, with two beds that were actually sofas converted into beds, leaving no space to use the room. Taking the rubbish out meant walking about 100 metres from the hotel. The service was very, very ordinary.

We paid 710 EUR for three nights for two people, and the value for money was probably the worst I've come across. The place feels old, tired and dark, and didn't look like the photos. Everything was dusty and not cleaned well. The kitchen light didn't work, the fridge needed restarting, the cutlery was cheap and worn, and the coffee maker was dirty. The microwave hangs above the table and makes it unusable for sitting there. There's hardly room in the living room and kitchen. The chairs are too low for the table, so there isn't proper space to sit and do anything in the kitchen. The shower is broken, meaning you have to hold the shower head. The WiFi speed was nowhere near acceptable. The bed was a sofa bed, not a real bed. Parking barely has enough spaces. If you check in a few minutes after 8pm, they charge a fine. You can't use the front door and have to go around through a back entrance. I could go on. It seems the owners haven't put a cent into the place in years and are just trying to rip off tourists. I'm sure they'll carry on, with the winter Olympics coming and teams training in Livigno. It's sad for skiing's reputation that you have to pay so much for such poor quality.

We were satisfied with the clean rooms, the useful facilities and how quiet it was. It's right in the city center, close to the lifts, with a grocery store on the corner.
