What stays with me most is the food. Dinner felt like a treat every day, made with care and passion, and the dishes were rich, inspired, and easy to compare with, or even put above, meals at many five-star restaurants. We looked forward to it each evening. The whole team also works with real professionalism and heart, and you can feel the care in the little details, from the spotless rooms to the thoughtful touches. The rooms are bright, spacious, and cozy, with a peaceful, home-like feel that made leaving hard. From the moment we arrived, everyone welcomed us with warmth, genuine kindness, and a sense that they were one close-knit family. They give their best with so much care and love. When it was time to go, I simply didn’t want to.

The location was perfect, and the staff were incredibly friendly and professional. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and luxuriously designed. We also enjoyed a delicious breakfast and dinner, and the chef is really good. Highly recommended!

The food and wine were very good, with plenty of fresh fruit and excellent eggs. I liked the smart mix of served and self-serve options. The staff were polite and efficient, though often nobody was at reception and there was no bell to call someone. The lobby and dining hall are nice and practical, the lift is good, but the chairs aren’t very comfortable. There’s a beautiful new spa, though it isn’t very functional. The ski lifts are farther away than the map suggests. Our room was clean and had a good bed, but it was small, with old, battered furniture and no comfortable armchair. The bathroom was old, though everything worked. The parking in front of the hotel is too small for all the guests, so some people have to park across the street.

The suite we stayed in was brand new and very spacious. We also had a standard room. We came with our 1.5-year-old child, and the staff made us feel welcome with a kids’ menu and special attention. The hotel is on the main road towards the center of Livigno. It has nice rooms, good cuisine, a great breakfast, and a very quiet spa.

The location is handy, just a few steps from the ski lifts. Our room was very clean and had a nice mountain view, and the food was really great. Everyone we interacted with was extremely kind.
