Baita Campacc

The rooms were spotless and had everything needed for a comfortable stay. The owners were friendly, and the place is close to both the bus stop and the center. We had a great stay.

We had the entire facility, but even the ordinary noise of watching a match bothered the young owner. She listened at the door, made rude comments, and called people. She ought to run a preschool instead. I don't recommend this place.

Veronica was so kind, speaks fluent English and German, and she and her mother really make you feel at home. Baita Campacc sits among greenery, a lovely meeting point between people and nature. It's a few steps from the center, 500 meters from the ski lifts, and 50 meters from the free bus stop. The lake and its many walking routes are very close too. It's a starting point for everything. The house number is 503F, not 503A as listed. It's in a quiet spot toward the edge of town, with the owner's cows grazing peacefully in the pasture behind. The house has two apartments, and we stayed in the 40 sq m attic unit. It has a king-size bed, an extra bed for a child, a living and dining room with kitchen, and a bathroom with shower. We could park our bikes free in the attached underground garage, and Wi-Fi was free too. The hostess lives in the basement, is very nice, and speaks only Italian. Her daughter handles bookings and speaks English on the phone, though she's rarely at the house. If we return to Livigno, we'd definitely stay here again.
