Really nice place.

I was at Baita Gen for the Winter Olympics, from January 29th to February 24th. Antonella was very helpful, and the apartment was lovely, quiet, comfortable, and spotlessly clean. It's well located, with restaurants beside it and grocery stores just a short walk away. I'd highly recommend staying at Baita Gen in Livigno.

With the kids' play area, ping pong table, and BBQ outside, there's plenty to round out a stay here. Antonella was friendly and helpful too. Our apartment fit five comfortably and was well equipped, with excellent cleanliness. It's outside the city center, but Carosello 3000 ski station is an easy walk, and the green and blue bus lines serve the area well, with a stop right in front. We'd happily do it again!

We were five and had loads of room across three bedrooms, a bathroom, and a living room with kitchen. The apartment was comfortable and had everything we needed for cooking. It's in the same building as the liquor store :) Cross the street and walk up the hill to reach a T-bar lift, then ski down to the Carosello ski lift.

It's just outside the center and casino, but the free bus can take you wherever you want. Excellent apartment.
