Baita La Fonte

There's a ski room downstairs with lockers and dryers for ski boots. The apartment has two separate rooms for 2+2, plus a separate kitchen and balcony. The kitchen has basic equipment, but you'll need to bring the supplies yourself, including salt, pepper, dishwasher tabs, toilet paper, kitchen towels, and coffee.

The apartment was spacious, with tidy, well-kept rooms, a pleasant kitchenette, a shower, and deep, roomy closets. I loved the view through the bedroom windows, and the supermarket, a bar, and a wonderful pastry shop were close by. One frustration: neither the oven nor kettle worked, and the owner handed over the keys without showing us around or explaining the electric hob. It took me almost half a day to work it out 😁 Still, I'll give it five stars.

The cross-country trail runs right by the house, and both the ski bus and the first lifts are only a short walk away. It's a quiet spot. I recommend it.

Convenient amenities make it easy to get around without a car. The apartment was spotless, the staff friendly, and the value for money excellent. No downsides for us, and we'll definitely return.
