The views across the Livigno plain from the rooms are a real highlight. Casa Susanna is also brilliantly placed, just by the ZTL entrance to the central promenade and close to bus stops. The apartments are modest and practical, though some things could use an update, and the price is very good.

We had another lovely week in Livigno. The owner was friendly, and the apartments were clean, warm, and roomy, though fairly basic. You’re right in the center and close to the slopes. They’re due to be renovated and modernized in two years. I’d recommend staying here.

The balcony apartment is a good choice for the beautiful view. The place is clean, spacious, and finished to a very decent standard. There’s a ski room with boot warmers, and the price feels fair. Great location too.

Livigno is a beautiful town, and this was a very pleasant place to stay. Skiing is unbeatable from autumn through spring. Since it’s a duty-free area, the whiskey flowed freely :-)
