The parking near the property was a real plus, and the renovated bathroom turned out more modern and practical than the photos suggested. Alessandra was helpful and even let us check out late. We’ve come back, and the apartment still has everything we need: WiFi, TVs in both bedrooms, a coffee maker, kettle, induction hob, oven, fridge with freezer, full kitchen, washing machine, and ski storage. It’s in what I’d call the best area of town for the slopes, bars, and restaurants, with the free bus to Livigno stopping across the street. We’ll definitely return.

After skiing or a long walk, the hot tub was great for relaxing. The apartment is warm and lovely, with a fireplace that gives the place an elegant feel. It’s well equipped too, including a dishwasher and microwave in the kitchen. There’s a private entrance and parking space, plus a heated basement area for boots and skis and a private washing machine. I highly recommend it.

There’s room for improvement. The furnishings are hard to describe, and in my opinion the electrical system isn’t up to standard. There weren’t any breakfast cups, and the kitchen had none of the basics like oil, vinegar, or salt. We managed to make coffee with the coffee maker.

The owner was away, but her father lives downstairs and was very kind. He explained where to park and said he was available if we needed anything. The apartment itself is simple, with the comforts you’d need. It’s about a kilometer from the center. I imagine it’s walkable in summer and winter, though I didn’t try it. There’s a traditional pizzeria/restaurant nearby with a really unusual menu. Next time I’m back, I’ll try the ostrich! There’s also a grocery and duty-free shop with very reasonable prices.
