We had a lovely week at Hotel Cristallo with our three kids and their ++. It’s a small, cozy hotel right in the center of Livigno and next to the bus stop, which made getting around easy. Our room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, and the underground parking garage was handy. Breakfast was fresh each morning. The owner welcomed us warmly and quickly learned what we liked, so we felt at home. After dinner we enjoyed spending time in the bar, where we were welcome to relax and play games together. We’ll definitely be back.

The bus stops right outside the hotel, so we didn’t have to walk with our equipment, and the center is only two minutes away. We were a group of six, and they kept a good seating area together for us all week. Breakfast was the same each morning, but fresh and tasty, and I loved the fresh breakfast and dinner. Dinner felt like eating out every night. The staff were friendly and very helpful. The owner, Maura, found me a great ski teacher the night before. When it snowed and we wanted to go sledding, she gave us every sled she could find at the hotel. Some nights we stayed late to play board games in the common area, and she joined in. The rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable. I’d go back and recommend it to everyone.

The big garage was a lifesaver when we woke up to 50cm of fresh snow. Our room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. I had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Livigno.

The pasta with truffles was good, but dinner around it felt sad and uncomfortable. The restaurant had no atmosphere or music, and we felt unwanted. Staff seemed distracted and focused on filling some tables rather than looking after customers. Nobody suggested food or drinks, they only came by now and then, and they forgot one person’s food. There was also an overpowering chemical perfume smell around us during dinner.
