We were a family of nine, which can’t have been easy to serve, but everything was handled perfectly and no one complained. The dining area was very well organized, and the staff were consistently kind, professional, attentive, and welcoming. Elia, our waiter, was especially patient and lovely throughout our stay. Said, the head of the dining room, treated every guest with great courtesy and care. Many thanks to the whole team at Hotel Bucaneve. We sincerely recommend it.

The hotel is in a wonderful spot, about a 5-10 minute walk from the skiing activities. Our room was great, the spa with its outdoor pool was amazing, and the cuisine had an excellent range of dishes. The staff were very friendly. We’ll absolutely come back.

As always, we had a wonderful stay. The food was great, though it didn’t quite match the level of our visit last year. Some of the flavor combinations seemed quite strange. Once we got past that, the experience was great.

The pool and spa were the highlight for us. Our spacious room had amazing views, and breakfast had lots of options for the family. We had an amazing stay, highly recommend.

We’ve just come back from our second stay at Bucaneve, and again the facilities, food, and staff were superb. The whole place is spotless. Hungry kids are well catered for, with a kids menu and extra portions available. There’s easy ski hire just down the road, regular shuttles to slopes on both sides of the valley, and a great pool and spa for adults and children after skiing. Thanks for a wonderful family week in the snow!
