The staff were incredibly helpful and made the stay even better, and the restaurant was great too. Breakfast had plenty of local cheeses, meats, and other produce. The ski room was well equipped, with boot dryers and lockers assigned to each room. A very nice hotel.

A few evenings there was no hot water, so I had to wait until the next morning to shower. The beds are too short for me, even though I'm only 184cm. Breakfast is supposed to run until 10, but they shut it when nobody is eating. I showed up at 9:15 one day and it was already closed. Most of the workers don't speak English.

The location is right in the city centre, with ski slopes just in front of the hotel. I stayed on half board, and the food was incredibly good quality with huge portions. I arrived late after a delay, and the staff were so friendly and accommodating that they left enough food in my room to feed a family 😂. Rooms were cleaned every day and left perfectly neat, nothing out of place.

We stayed for a week over Christmas, and the location was hard to beat, right by lift 20. They also have a small shed for storing your equipment. Emmanuel, the manager, was amazing in every way. The rooms are a bit small, but have what you need, and the beds are really comfortable. We chose half board, and even as a picky eater I never got tired of the food. It's top quality, and you have to order the steak. Everything was excellent, and we can't wait to return.
