We had a misunderstanding about using the spa, and appreciated how the hotel handled it. They were also friendly and accommodating about arranging an earlier breakfast. I highly recommend staying here in Livigno.

The owners made our stay such a great experience. They're among the friendliest and most helpful people you'll meet. The rooms are comfortable, with plenty of space and storage. It's a family-run hotel right by Livigno's walking and shopping district. We'll definitely come back.

We spent 3 days here for biking and were pleasantly surprised. It's in an excellent location, and the wellness area is great too. A fantastic place if you like a family-run business with a friendly atmosphere and personal touch.

The owners were so helpful throughout our stay. The ski lifts are nearby, and shops and bars are right on the doorstep. Lovely hotel, great stay, and we'll definitely be back.
