Right across from the Carosello 3000 ski lift, the hotel made it incredibly easy to get onto the slopes. After snowboarding, the delicious meals were a treat, and there were plenty of amenities for relaxing and enjoying some extra comforts. From arrival, the cosy atmosphere felt almost like home. The staff were exceptional, looking after every detail and making sure I felt welcome and comfortable throughout. It was a fantastic stay, and I'd highly recommend it for a ski or snowboard holiday. I can't wait to return!

I've never felt so looked after at a hotel. The whole staff is warm and welcoming, and they give every question or request their full attention. The food is delicious, and we had the best breakfast of any skiing trip we've taken. It's also an ideal place for a family holiday. They put so much thought into guests, especially children's needs, and the location is perfect. We travel a lot, alone and as a family, but I've never felt this compelled to write a review before. Congratulations to the incredible owners :)

The hotel's only real trade-off for us was that it's a little far from the city centre, though Carosello 3000 is literally a two-minute walk away. No complaints there. We had a beautiful, warm, immaculately maintained hotel and a very comfortable room, with no problems during our stay. The saunas and jacuzzi in the spa made a great place to recover after skiing. Everyone we met across reception, housekeeping, the spa, and restaurant was friendly and did a great job. Special mention to housekeeping, who left our room spotless, neat, and tidy every day. Even before we arrived, the staff were very helpful with travel information for getting to Livigno by bus from Milan. My wife and I really enjoyed our stay.

You feel welcome here, with staff who are incredibly friendly and helpful without getting in your way. Everything was very clean, there were lots of amenities, and the SPA was great. The food was excellent, made with good ingredients and prepared with real care. Superb breakfasts and delicious dinners.
