We could ski from the hotel to certain lifts and areas, with the slopes just behind it, so the location was great. Staff were very friendly and flexible about our checkout times. Breakfast offered plenty of biscuits, cereals, juices, coffee, tea and baked goods. Every morning we were greeted with a very friendly “Buongiorno”.

I stayed here many years ago, when an avalanche blocked the road and forced us to spend an extra night. After we'd been stuck on the coach for a day, the hotel welcomed us back with real warmth and generosity. It's lovely to see that happy guests are still saying positive things. The great service and hospitality, along with a location where you can ski straight from the hotel, clearly continue. I'll return before too long.

Our family visited Hotel Valeria in March and were pleasantly surprised by the hospitality and excellent service at this family run business. The host and staff are very friendly, the Italian food is hearty, and it offers good value for money. It's centrally located in the hart of this duty free town, close to most ski lifts and places of interest, and it's a safe, clean place to stay. We'd recommend Hotel Valeria to friends and family. Give it a go, you'll enjoy your stay.

The owner does nearly all the chores and keeps the place tip-top, and she's so friendly and helpful. We had half board, and the dinners were so good I've come away with an extra couple of kg's! Our rooms looked out over the ski spots, and the hotel is right in the center. One of my best holidays ever. I'll definitely do it again at Valeria. I can highly recommend Valeria hotel. Thanks for a great time, Valeria, see you again!

The location is nice, near the slopes and city center, and breakfast had some variety. But the rooms were extremely small with no room to move, and for most of our visit there was no hot water. It only came during the last few days, which matters a lot at a ski hotel. The TV was iPad-sized with only 4 channels. The bread at breakfast was very stale and hard. I wouldn't come back, and I found many of the reviews and room pictures very misleading.
