Our chalet at Park Chalet Village has a simple, traditional mountain style, and this was our second ski holiday stay there. A delicious, generous breakfast is served, and each chalet has its own sauna and jacuzzi, just right after a day on the slopes. The rooms are clean, looked after, and cleaned daily. Staff are friendly and helpful. Getting to Carosello and Mottolino is easy with the private shuttle between the chalet park and the slopes. There are also spa treatments to book, though we didn't try any. The garage has ski lockers with heated boot storage. Pets are welcome. One drawback, the TV only has Italian channels. We'd definitely recommend Park Chalet Village.

Having a private sauna in the room was such a nice touch, and parking was really handy, just remember to book ahead. The shuttle for the location was convenient too. From the moment we arrived, the staff were so friendly, and Franchesko gave us a warm welcome that made us feel at home. The support from everyone was outstanding. Big thanks to reception, the chefs and kitchen team, the waiters and waitresses, and the cleaners. The food was delicious and breakfast really great. We felt special the whole time. Everything was fantastic, thank you for such a wonderful experience!

The food was very average, with dinners delivered to the houses. Better to go to the pizzeria 300meters from the hotel. The view is great, and the separate houses are connected underground, so you can move between them while staying warm. Each house has a very good private spa with a full size sauna, and you can set the temperature you like. The design is nice and atmospheric, and the room equipment is very good quality.

Such a welcoming place. Breakfast, room service, cleaning, and a shuttle to the ski lift, what more could you ask for? Oh, and a sauna, jacuzzi, plus a Christmas gift. All included 😊

I really liked the details and the antique, well accommodated decorations. It's a spacious, very nice chalet with three floors, a private sauna room and jacuzzi, and an astonishing view of the alps.
