It was fairly cheap for Livigno, and the apartment was clean, though there was a strong, unpleasant smell of cleaning fluid throughout all seven days. There's no sauna. The host only speaks Italian, but she seems nice. The place is well away from Livigno center and is very basic. There's no oven or hairdryer, only just enough cutlery, and we had to ask for towels. The bathroom floor was very cold, with carpets in there, and the living room couch wasn't comfortable. The ski storage is in the basement, but we didn't use it because there's no ski boot dryer. There is a bus stop near the house, with rides to Carousello3000 taking 5 minutes and to the center taking 9. A grocery store is within walking distance, and there's an excellent pizza restaurant 15 minutes away on foot or 7 minutes by car.

The apartment was nice enough, which is why I gave it two stars, but the host was very rude. She spoke no English at all, came over yelling at us in Italian and called us chickens. The oven didn't work, and the WiFi was terrible. She hadn't told us that using more than two hobs on the oven would cut the power. At the end she also tried to frame us for breaking a lamp. 10/10 would not recommend.

The bathroom feels like it’s still in 1990, and the apartment could really use a full renovation. Noise is a familiar problem here too. Still, it’s clean, fairly priced, and overall okay.

Getting to the ski slopes in the morning was the main problem. There weren’t enough buses, and many drove past because they were already full, while just as many people were still waiting. The apartments themselves are spacious and clean, though some walls could use fresh paint.
