We hired the hotel nanny, Jessica, for our 7 and 3yo kids, and she was really good with them. She collected them in the morning, kept them occupied until ski class, and dropped them off after all the ski prep. We were very happy with that experience and look forward to returning. The hotel is in a wonderful location, and the staff are friendly and professional. The room decor could use a little freshening up, but it does the job.

The team really made this place feel welcoming. From the moment we arrived, everyone was smiling, polite, and helpful. The interior isn't luxurious, but the staff are a luxury team! Rooms are a bit small, though the balcony is very nice. Breakfast was good enough, but it was the same each day and could use more variety. One thing to improve: there's no Wi-Fi signal in the kids' area.

Breakfast started at 7:30, while the slopes open at 8, so an earlier start around 7 would suit early skiers better. That was the one downside for me. The breakfast itself was lovely, with little touches like prosecco and fresh orange juice, and we also enjoyed the bar and restaurant, including dinner one night. The staff made sure everything was just right, and the room had a great view. The sauna, swimming pool, gameroom and other amenities were top notch, making time off the slopes really enjoyable. This is hands down one of the best hotels I've stayed at. Coming back is a matter of when, not if.
