I don't usually leave comments, but this was a really good experience. I stayed one night, and for the price, what you get is amazing. The beds were comfortable, the staff friendly, and breakfast had everything I needed, including fresh croissant, ham, cheese, coffee, orange juice, and more. It's a five-minute walk to the city center. If I'm back in Livorno, I'll definitely book here again.

At 11:15 in the morning we left, and we're never coming back. We opened the door or window to air the room and found their dogs and cats inside. Shameful. There was no management or hospitality at all. At 11:10 am we were charged an extra 45 euros per person, then weren't even allowed to use the bathroom one last time before leaving. We were already outside when the owner called after us from the balcony, yelling, “Who threw the chips on the floor?” We said they had fallen, so what? He shouted back mockingly, “What clean people you are...” The person who needed the bathroom was “disabled,” and that's that. If I hadn't shut the door behind me, I would have gone back in and beaten him. I don't recommend this place. There are better places, both in terms of the accommodation and the people. Bye ;)

The Wi-Fi wasn't working, and when I showered at 9 pm, the water was cold. The bathroom is separate from the bedroom and accessed with a padlock.

The worst part was how we were treated when we checked out. We missed the alarm and got up late, then were charged for the extra half hour from 10:30 to 11, but weren’t allowed to use the room or even the bathroom to wash our hands. My companion, who is disabled, wasn’t even given a chance to use the toilet. They scolded us and were rude right up to the last minute, with no understanding at all. Earlier, we’d arrived in the afternoon and found nobody to check us in or explain the house rules. It was unbearably hot, but opening the window brought cats and dogs inside. I love animals, but that wasn’t appropriate. Absolutely wouldn’t recommend it.
