We had a really enjoyable family stay, and the pool area was very nice. It would’ve been handy to have snacks or soft drinks for sale by the pool, maybe with the pool attendant helping out. A gym in the building would also be a welcome addition. The railway noise and the fact that it isn’t right on the beach brought the location down to a 4 rather than a 5.
2/10
The hotel was a terrible experience. The outdoor pool requires a swimming cap even when it’s 40 degrees out, which seems ridiculous. If you enjoy swimming in 40-plus heat with a condom on your head, go for it 😅😅 The shower stall is tiny, and the toilet flush barely works. There’s nowhere to eat nearby, and the parking is all open air with no canopies. They leave the linens and towels in bags by the elevators. I wouldn’t stay here again.
10/10
We stayed here last year in one of the larger apartments and liked it a lot, even if the layout wasn’t perfect. The pool was clean, though too small for swimming. We found several nice spots for bathing along the seaside, and borrowed the free bicycles for a few days. There’s a small shopping centre with restaurants a few hundred metres away. The local bus was a bit far. Next time we’re in Livorno, we’d choose this place over staying in town.
10/10
The apartments were spotless and well equipped, and the pool was fantastic. Everyone on the staff was friendly and helpful, so we had a lovely holiday. It turned out to be a bit farther from Livorno than I’d expected, but that was my own lack of research.
10/10
The flats are really well equipped, and I love staying there. I felt comfortable, and the staff were lovely and helpful.
