Residence Villa Paola

The pool and garden area were nice, parking was good, and it was genuinely dog friendly. The apartments are simple, which we liked, though a bit of maintenance would help. But the neighbors were so noisy at night that we couldn’t sleep. Traveling with kids, we need to get some rest, so unfortunately we wouldn’t stay there again.

The balcony’s double doors had lost their handle, and someone had fitted a bolt meant for rabbit cages. The apartment also lacked basic things like proper cleaning and a toilet door. The toilet area was full of fungus. We were three people, but there were only two knives. The kitchen and apartment were so poorly cleaned it was almost laughable. The extra bed in the kitchen had a wooden frame and felt like sleeping on a wooden raft. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.

The bathroom was beautiful and big, and the place was comfortable. It’s pet friendly, too. We’ll be back.

Being able to bring our dog was a big reason we chose this place, and it was wonderful for that. Dogs can come into the room, and there’s a dog park where you can even take yours to the pool. Of course, he can’t swim, but it was great to have him nearby. The service and courtesy were excellent, and the apartments were very clean and had everything we needed. We had a fantastic stay. I’d recommend it if you want somewhere quiet near the sea where you can bring your dog.
