Roberta at reception made us feel so welcome when we arrived from England to visit family, and she was incredibly helpful the whole time. Andrea, who looks after Riviera Residence, was great with people and especially entertaining for the children. My niece called him Mr Quack Quack after his Donald Duck impressions, which still makes us smile. We found the apartments comfortable and very modern, and the cleaning service was amazing. I’ve seen comments about hidden costs, but the charges are clearly listed on the website and didn’t bother us. The location is handy for both the town center and beaches. As a family, we’ll be back. This was easily one of the best apartments we’ve stayed in. Thanks to everyone at Riviera Palace.

There’s no cleaning during the stay, and the bed was uncomfortable. There also wasn’t any extra hygiene linen. Some rooms don’t have a balcony or garden, and the pool was closed. In the two-room apartment for four, two people have to sleep in the kitchen.

The laundry washing machine came with hidden costs, and the service and cleaning charges were huge, over 200 €. The pool was open only from 9:00-18:00, and there were no vending machines. The place didn’t look as nice as it did in the photos and ads.

It doesn’t look like much from outside, but inside it was clean, well looked after, and everything was nice. Really good value for money.

The host wasn’t friendly, and we didn’t feel welcome. The beds were uncomfortable, and there were hidden costs. I wouldn’t recommend it.
