Villa Serena

I stayed here for ten days, and the Condorelli family were magnificent hosts. The location is central, a few minutes from the station, seafront, and center of Loano. The atmosphere was always warm and welcoming. Everyone worked with passion, paid attention to what guests needed, and was happy to offer useful advice about the city. I miss the long chats we had every day! Compliments to Andrea for the variety and quality of the food. My room wasn’t very large, but it had all the comforts I needed. I highly recommend it.

The owners were lovely and made sure we felt looked after. Breakfast was generous, and our clean, well-equipped room had a beautiful view from the balcony. It's a small family-run place, with a young, friendly team. Very good.

We only ate here, we didn't stay, and came away very pleased with the food. A few of us tried a second course and liked it just as much. The pizza was light, beautifully put together in both shape and toppings, and I’d say it’s among the best I’ve had around here. The Recco focaccia was excellent too. Big compliments to the young chef.

Finding your way to the parking can be a headache, with all those one-way streets. Nothing impossible, but our GPS had us going in circles, so take a look at the map before driving in. Once there, we liked the tidy, clean room and the excellent breakfast. It's also close to the city center. If we're staying overnight in Loano again, we'll call them first.
