Our stay was lovely, and we’d recommend the place. We were two adults. The trullo itself felt a little cramped if you had to spend much time indoors beyond sleeping, especially since we had two very rainy days. The bedroom and bed are huge, while the rest is small. Ours was 200 meters behind the street, so it was pretty quiet. The pool is great and shared with the other trullo, which never caused us any trouble. Across the road, about 200 meters to the left, there’s a mini market with friendly staff and all the basics, plus fresh pasta, bread, meat, cheese, and more. A ten-minute walk to the right takes you to a good restaurant, cafe, and bar. I recommend the €18 menu. It’s a useful base for lots of visits: Alberobello, Locorotondo, Martina Franca, and other places are just ten minutes by car. We also recommend the zoosafari at Fasano.

The trullo had everything we needed for a special, family-friendly holiday, and we felt at home straight away. We had a wonderful time. It’s a charming spot in untouched countryside, well placed among the beautiful villages and scenery of the Itria Valley.

We’ve booked directly with the owner every year, and every visit feels like a dream. The setting is wonderfully quiet while still central, with the main towns easy to get to. On the east coast, it also makes a great base for all kinds of outings, even with kids. There’s plenty of room for four in the sleeping area, and the whole place feels warm and cozy. Outside is so peaceful, and this is the best pool we’ve found on trips to similar places in southern Italy. Thanks for a fantastic week, for keeping everything clean, and for being so helpful. We’ll definitely return!
