The people here made the stay unforgettable. Maurine is thoughtful and attentive to every little detail, and we felt at home right away. Julien brings real passion and vision to the project. You can see it in the gardens and pergolas, and in the plans for the coming pool and other ideas. Their suggestions were excellent, from local restaurants like Gli Olivi to hidden spots and wine tastings with nearby producers. Thanks to them, we experienced Puglia instead of just seeing it. Even breakfast in the quiet morning setting became one of those small moments we’ll remember. We stayed in the Fiano suite with our one-year-old baby, and it was spacious and beautifully designed, with a living room, kitchen, dining area, bathroom, and comfortable bedroom. My parents had the upstairs Primitivo room, with a lovely view over the property and a charming outdoor bathroom. Trulli di Baco is in the hills near Locorotondo, well placed for Alberobello, Locorotondo, Monopoli, and Polignano a Mare, all roughly 30 minutes away by car. The renovated trulli are beautiful, tasteful, comfortable, and peaceful, while keeping the soul of the place. It feels intimate, calm, and timeless. We’ve just come back from a wonderful family stay and already want to return. Some places you visit, and some stay with you. Trulli di Baco is both.

Our five days at Trulli Di Bacco were magical, and Puglia had been on our wish list for a long time. It didn’t disappoint, and we never ran short of places to go or towns to explore. The accommodation is lovely, with vaulted ceilings and lots of exposed stone. Outside there are pleasant spots to eat, plus a wonderful rooftop sun terrace. We spent lazy time in the hammocks among the olive trees, relaxing with a bottle of wine nearby. The trip became even more memorable when our now son-in-law proposed to our daughter during the holiday. Thanks to Maurine for all her care and attention. I’ve already recommended Trulli Di Bacco to several friends!

Maurine was so friendly and shared lots of useful tips that made the stay even better. The property is beautiful, clean, and well maintained, right in the heart of Puglia. Monopoli, Locorotondo, Alberobello, and Ostuni are nearby, as are the seaside and vineyards where you can have wonderful meals. We had an amazing stay at Trulli du Baco. Highly recommended!

Maureen and Julien made us feel so welcome, and gave us excellent suggestions for local restaurants and Puglian wines. Trulli Di Bacco was amazing: the house is beautiful and modern, and comfortable in every way. The neighborhood is peaceful and well situated for visiting Ostuni, Martina Franca, Putignano, Otranto, and Gallipoli. I feel lucky to have shared this lovely Puglia experience with my mom. Thank you for such warm hospitality and for making the trip special. I’d love to come back with my husband or friends. 🥰

We were amazed by this lovely little Trullo Primitivo, which we booked through AirBnb. The bedroom is inside the trullo. It’s small but thoughtfully decorated and has enough room for two, with an AC device. The bathroom is outside the room, spacious enough, and immaculately clean. Everything was spotless and stylish. The setting is splendid, with views across vineyards and hills, and an authentic, charming yard. There’s plenty of parking, and the place welcomes children and pets. The nearest supermarket is a six-minute drive away, and Alberobello, Ostuni, and Locorotondo are also a short drive.
