This is a beautiful, quiet place in a renovated Trulli complex, but the setup didn’t quite match the listing for our big family. It was advertised for up to 12 people, though there are actually three small units with one or two bedrooms, and serving breakfast to 12 is a challenge ;-). The equipment wasn’t complete. Staff were willing but slow for the price. The jacuzzi was broken, the pool looked cloudy and had a low water level, and some showers only had cold, refreshing water. There were three sunbeds, two broken. The two-day room service would be better spent on the facilities.

We loved the unhurried feel here, especially if you want a mix of adventure and comfort. Our Truli, number 1, had real character, and the host's restaurant suggestions were great. The place is tucked into the quiet, hilly Puglian countryside, with plenty to see within an hour's drive.

So much charm in every direction, and a lovely taste of life in the Italian countryside. There’s plenty to do close by, too. A trulli awesome stay!

They were responsive right up until we arrived, then we found the facilities weren’t as described. We left after they agreed to refund us, but the refund never came, and we couldn’t get hold of them afterward. The pool is only for one house, despite being told otherwise. Terrible experience.
