The beds are comfortable, and the place is clean. The location works well if you can walk, with the station and other places easy to reach. There’s a pod coffee machine, though the coffee is just okay. Parking is lacking, which could be an issue if you drive. I’d strongly recommend public transport. There’s no self check-in, so be sure to agree clearly with the host about your arrival time and access. Privacy was misleading for us. It’s an apartment with three bedrooms, so you may end up sharing the couch with other guests, even if you discussed and booked a “2 bedroom apartment.” If you need a private place, look elsewhere or book all three bedrooms. Breakfast is a few small cartons of juice and discount-store pastries in plastic wrappers. That didn’t feel like a real breakfast, so we went to local bars for proper coffee and pastries. The furniture is a mix of clean pieces and some really old, unpleasant ones. There isn’t a good place to hang clothes in the first bedroom if you have expensive clothes. There’s also noise early in the morning from garbage trucks. As of May 2026, the first two floors of the building were a construction site during the day. There was no chance to rest while we were there during the daytime, and it looked like a big, lengthy project. The construction workers were really nice, but luckily we were out all day.

The owner is very kind, and the room was comfortable and warm, in a great spot for getting to the city center. I was fine with the bathtub, though for personal reasons I would have preferred a shower. My main reservation is breakfast: the overly commercial snacks bring down the quality of the place.

Breakfast was self-serve, but there was no bread or biscuits to go with the cold cuts or jam. The room and its bathroom were spacious, and everything was very clean. The accommodation was in an apartment with another room. It’s fairly central, with free parking nearby.

The place was clean and well maintained, with a broad breakfast selection. We booked the whole apartment for one night while in town on a business trip with colleagues. It’s conveniently close to the center. I’d stay here again if the chance comes up.
