The place was beautiful, clean, and comfortable, and the pizza prices were great. The flavors were amazing too. I went with friends last year for pizza and had such a fun night, thanks to the friendly staff and atmosphere. I got mixed up while ordering and went with the wrong thing because I was relying on my broken Italian. It ended up being one of the best pizzas I’ve ever had. Sometimes it’s worth trying something new, you might be pleasantly surprised. I hope I can visit again.

The meals were a real highlight of my stay at Hotel Gaudio. Breakfast, lunch, and dinner were consistently delicious, with plenty of local and traditional choices that showed off the region’s flavors. I also found it easy to get to the nearby beach. The water was clear and sparkling, and the beach was pristine, just right for swimming or unwinding. Around Hotel Gaudio, the rooms were spacious and clean, with lovely views of the surrounding area. The hotel had a comfortable, charming feel. The staff were attentive and professional throughout my stay, and their care helped make the experience enjoyable. Hotel Gaudio is a great pick for a relaxing, memorable stay in Longobardi. The setting, food, and service are all reasons I’d recommend it.

A lovely place to stay, with AC and a good breakfast 🧡 They had gluten-free options too.

The Pinsa Diavolo was excellent. The dessert pinsa with Nutella and coconut sprinkles was great too.
