We had a wonderful stay. The food was great, the kids had a nice playroom, and the wellness area was pleasant. It’s also in a wonderful spot for getting to the ski area.

We smelled the delicious food as we were getting off the cable car, so we decided to make lunch the start of our visit. No regrets. The meal was delicious, and the service was amazing and very friendly.

We showed up as rather lost hikers, and I can’t imagine stumbling across a better hotel. The meals were amazing, and the service, rooms, and shower were excellent. I’d come back in a flash.

The end-of-stay gift of homemade bread was a lovely touch. We’d enjoyed the same bread at breakfast. The cuisine was even more refined than on our previous visit, with high-quality dishes and two choices each time, including a vegetarian option. There was a wide wine selection too. My compliments to the chefs. The hotel is right across from the Corno del Renon ski lift, and the staff were helpful and attentive. It’s an excellent facility.

The food is outstanding, and they’re happy to handle special requests. We also appreciated the family atmosphere and excellent service. Our room was cozy, practical, and had a fantastic view. The whole hotel feels warm and comfortable, especially the spa and the fireplace lounge. Its spot right at the ski area’s valley station is ideal. For shopping or après-ski parties, though, you’d need to go farther, for example to Bolzano, or choose another area.
