When our car broke down about 20 minutes away, the hosts came to get us. They helped translate and stayed with us while we dealt with the mechanic, then drove us back to the workshop once the car was fixed. That kind of care really stuck with us. The hotel and hosts were amazing throughout our stay. It’s in a picturesque, authentic part of Tuscany, and both the pool and the lovely service were top notch. We absolutely recommend staying here.

I was really disappointed with the stay. The room hadn’t been cleaned well, and there were cobwebs. Smoke from the fireplace lingered in the room because it wasn’t working properly. The hot tub wasn’t working either, and it didn’t look very clean. When I raised these problems, they offered me a voucher instead of a refund. I didn’t feel that was an adequate solution. For the price, I expected more attention to hygiene, maintenance, and customer service.

Breakfast was brought to our room each day, with coffee, herbal tea, fruit juice, homemade cakes, and jams. Angelica and her husband were kind and professional hosts, and the aperitif and dinner by the fireplace made for two intimate, enjoyable moments. The magnificent suites were clean and thoughtfully furnished, and the en-suite bathroom with its splendid Jacuzzi was wonderfully relaxing. The property is surrounded by nature and quiet. I hope I can come back in summer to enjoy the lovely garden and the pool among the surrounding greenery. It’s an experience worth repeating.
