The room was a good size for two, spotlessly clean like the rest of the property, and had a balcony with a lovely view. We really appreciated that extra touch, along with the weekly cleaning and fresh towels and bed linen, all included in the price. The bathroom was spacious, and the walk-in shower was very comfortable. Andrea was attentive and friendly, and available whenever we needed anything before or after arrival. Check-in and check-out could be arranged flexibly by talking with him. The location was very central, just steps from the center, with parking nearby. The ground-floor kitchen is fully equipped and has useful little things like aluminum foil, plus a roomy refrigerator with a freezer for groceries. Anti-Covid measures meant we couldn’t use it for meals or breakfast, but we could use it for everything else. From there, a small terrace has a shared drying rack for swimsuits and beach towels, as well as a water pump for rinsing things. Our stay went far beyond what we expected. We’d gladly recommend this B&B to friends and family, and we’ll certainly return to see more of the Marche region. Thanks for everything, see you next time! ❤️

The owner was genuinely kind and happy to offer advice. Our room was large, very clean, and recently renovated. The location was excellent, with convenient parking outside the city walls and an elevator that takes you almost to the entrance. Highly recommended.

You can get around in just a few minutes from this strategic spot, yet the place itself is peaceful, right in the center without the bustle. Everything was very clean, and the management was excellent. The staff were friendly and helpful. We’ll definitely be back.

We spent three nights at this place, which is really lovely to look at and close to the basilica. The only downside was that the room was never cleaned. Such a shame, because I would have given it five stars!
