The room had a nice view, and the setting was amazing, calm and quiet. Breakfast was really good, too. Comfort is quite basic. I also found it hard that the owner only speaks Italian, especially in a place with tourists and pilgrims.

There were 37 of us, and they had everyone settled in within 20 minutes. The organization was excellent. The owners are exceptionally kind, friendly, and discreet. Breakfast was excellent, and the value for money was very good. The location is extraordinary, only 100 meters from the basilica. I highly recommend it.

The rooms are old-fashioned, and there’s no air conditioning, though the fans work well. Everything was clean and orderly, and for this price I couldn’t have expected more. You can reach the hotel to load or unload passengers and bags despite the pedestrian area. It’s in an excellent location, and they provide a pass for free parking about 300 meters away.

Our triple room was spacious and clean, with a TV and hairdryer. There’s no air conditioning, but the website made that clear before we booked, and there was a standing fan in the room. The owner was friendly and the service matched what the website described. Hotel Delfino Azzurro is a historic hotel, so it’s old rather than ultramodern, and that’s part of its charm. Its location is fantastic for visiting the Holy House, just a few meters from the Sanctuary. I don’t understand the negative reviews. We’re satisfied and would book here again if we return to Loreto.
